Who it is for
Personal trainers and online fitness coaches, from the first client to a full roster. Every client belongs to a coach: the coach invites them, and Evobody is built for that relationship, not for people training on their own. A coach can use the client app too, on the same login.
| Plan | A month | What it holds |
|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | Five active clients, no time limit, no card. Every coaching feature. |
| Coach | $69 | Unlimited clients. |
| Studio | $99 | Your own branding in the client app, three assistant coach seats, and Evo SI free with your own AI API key. Opens later. |
Evo SI is the one thing priced on its own: every client gets ten free questions, then it is $3 a month for each client the coach switches it on for. It is optional: switched off for a client, it is hidden from their app and costs nothing. Full pricing.
No add-ons, now or ever. Other coaching apps charge extra for add-ons. We never will: everything they sell as an add-on is already in your plan, and everything we build next comes in too. You never pay for our progress.
What a coach gets
- Clients: one roster, clients added by email, link, by hand or a pasted list from another app, groups with their own join link, a welcome for every new client, and View as client.
- Training: a weekly schedule for each client that repeats every week, with changes planned for a set time or with no end date, a workout builder for sets, circuits and cardio, an exercise library with demo videos, and live sessions.
- Nutrition: calorie and macro targets, and meal plans with a shopping list that leave out each client's allergens.
- Check-ins: a weekly check-in or your own forms, an alert when one comes in or is skipped, with the client's reason, and video replies recorded over the client's dashboard.
- Messages and automation: chat with voice notes, messages to several clients at once, a Welcome Workflow that runs on its own, and flags from Evo SI when a client needs a look. Chat is off until you switch Messages on.
- Evo SI, for you too: an assistant coach trained on your philosophy and methods, set up in the app.
- Business: client payment tracking with your own Stripe account, and Evobody takes no cut of what your clients pay you. On Studio, which opens later: your branding and three assistant coach seats.
Every new coach is invited to a 30 minute walkthrough call. Everything is on features.
What a client gets
- The week's workouts one tap from the home screen, logged set by set, with exercise demo videos, plus on-demand workouts any time.
- GPS run tracking in the iPhone app, in beta, for runs, walks and rides, and every other kind of cardio logged by time and distance.
- Food logging from about 2.6 million foods, a barcode or a photo, beside the coach's meal plan.
- Evo SI, in beta: answers from their own plan and numbers, photos of meals and menus, food logged once they approve it, in English or German.
- Habits, goals, progress photos and the numbers that matter, from weight to blood pressure to an estimated one rep max.
- A private community with their coach's other clients, five ranks, the weekly Pace Setters board, and an accountability partner.
- Wearables: Oura, WHOOP, Polar, Withings and Apple Health.
What makes it different
- An AI coach in the client's own app. Evo SI answers the client, from their own plan and numbers. On the platforms we compare, the AI works for the coach instead: Everfit's builds workouts, Trainerize's FitMetrics drafts check-in replies as an add-on, PT Distinction's builds programs, and My PT Hub's Check-Ins AI summarises check-ins.
- One price, however many clients. $69 a month on Coach, for unlimited clients, where Everfit and Trainerize charge by roster size and TrueCoach's plans stop at fifty clients. The numbers are below.
- Habits for every client, on every plan. On Everfit, habit coaching starts at its Pro tier.
- Check-ins built in, with video replies. A weekly check-in on every plan, an alert when one comes in or is skipped, with the client's reason, and replies recorded over the client's own dashboard.
- Wearables connected directly. Oura, WHOOP, Polar and Withings connect straight to Evobody, and Apple Watch through Apple Health. How other platforms connect them.
The deal in numbers
The cheapest plan that holds that many clients, month to month, from each company's own pricing page, read on 7 October 2026.
| Clients | Evobody | Everfit | Trainerize | TrueCoach |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 5 | Free | Free (Starter) | $25 (Pro 5) | $29.98 (Starter) |
| 30 | $69 (Coach) | $75 (Pro, up to 35) | $79 (Pro 30) | $164.98 (Pro, up to 50) |
| 100 | $69 (Coach) | $140 (Pro, up to 100) | $225 (Pro 100) | Not published: "special pricing" above 50 |
Sources: Everfit's pricing, Trainerize's pricing and TrueCoach's pricing. Those are the base plans. Everfit sells automation ($29), payments and packages ($9), meal plans and recipe books ($39) and on-demand collections ($25) as add-ons, and Trainerize sells advanced nutrition coaching ($20, or $45 from Pro 30) and video coaching ($10). On Evobody, the Welcome Workflow, meal plans and on-demand workouts are in every plan, and so is everything we build next.
On what clients pay their coach: TrueCoach's card processing fee is a flat 5% per transaction, and CoachRx adds 2% of its own on top of card processing. Evobody takes no cut of what your clients pay you, and charging a client's card through Evobody is not built yet.

Questions people ask
Is Evobody free?
Yes, for a coach's first five active clients, with no time limit and no card, and every coaching feature included. Each client also gets ten free Evo SI questions.
What does Evobody cost for 30 clients?
$69 a month on the Coach plan, which has no client limit, and no add-ons to buy, now or ever. Evo SI is $3 a month for each client the coach switches it on for. It is optional: switched off for a client, it is hidden from their app and costs nothing.
Does Evobody take a cut of what clients pay?
No. Evobody takes no cut of what your clients pay you. Today a coach can connect Stripe, set up payment packages and track payments; charging a client's card through the app is not built yet.
What is Evo SI, and what does it cost?
An AI coach inside the client's app that answers from that client's own plan and numbers, logs food from a photo or a description once the client approves, and flags the coach when something needs a person. It never changes the plan. It works for the coach too, trained on the coach's philosophy and methods, set up in the app. Every client gets ten free questions; after that it is $3 a month for each client the coach switches it on for. It is optional: switched off for a client, it is hidden from their app and costs nothing.
Can someone use Evobody without a coach?
No. Evobody is coaching software: every client is invited by their coach. A coach can use the client app themselves, on the same login.
How does Evobody compare with Everfit, Trainerize and TrueCoach?
It puts an AI coach in the client's app and costs $69 a month for unlimited clients, where at 100 clients Everfit is $140, Trainerize $225, and TrueCoach does not publish a price. Other coaching apps charge extra for add-ons; we never will. The full comparisons are on Evobody vs Everfit, Evobody vs Trainerize and Evobody vs TrueCoach.
