Who supports my clients on Evobody?

Evobody does, day or night, from inside the app. Questions about the software come to us. Anything about training or the plan goes back to you.

Where the line sits

We answer: how a screen works, why a video would not upload, a login that will not take, a watch that will not connect, a photo that did not save, what a button does.

You answer: anything about training, food, the plan, or how their week has gone. Those go back to you every time, because that is the judgement your client is paying you for.

Why this matters more than it sounds

On most coaching platforms the coach is the help desk by default, and not because anyone decided that. Your client has no relationship with the software company. They have one with you. So when the app confuses them, you are who they message, and you are the one person in that conversation who cannot fix anything.

Those questions do not scale. Five clients is a message a week. Fifty is a part-time job that arrives in the evenings and that nobody is paying for.

Does this cost extra?

No, it is in every plan including the free one. Full pricing breakdown.

Who supports me, the coach?

Evobody does, by email at [email protected], and aims to reply within two working days. Setting up, moving your clients across from another app, and anything about your plan or your bill all go there. More on help.

Can my clients see each other?

In the community, yes: with your other clients. Who owns my client data.
