Can I add an assistant coach on Evobody?

Yes, on the Studio plan, which opens later: it includes three assistant coach seats, each working the whole roster. An assistant can message clients, write programs, run check-ins and add clients, while billing and the team stay with the coach who owns the practice.

What stays with the primary coach

Some things are the primary coach's alone: billing and the plan itself, the practice's own AI API key, and the team, inviting or removing an assistant. The rest of the job, an assistant does the same as the coach whose practice it is: messaging clients, writing programs, running check-ins and adding clients, across the whole roster.

The split is drawn there on purpose. Those are business decisions rather than coaching ones. Everything that is part of doing the job is open, because an assistant who has to ask permission to write a program is not an assistant.

Adding and removing an assistant

The coach who owns the practice invites an assistant from the team settings, and the assistant signs in with their own email. Removing one signs them out straight away and takes them out of the practice; everything they built stays with the practice, and the clients notice nothing.

What the seats cost

$99 a month on Studio, which opens later, covers the primary coach, three assistant seats and unlimited clients, and adds your own branding to the client app, your logo and brand colour. There is no per-seat charge on top of that and no per-client charge underneath it, so a practice of four coaches with two hundred clients will pay $99 when Studio opens.

Evo SI is the one thing billed separately, at $3 a month for each client who has it switched on. It is optional: switched off for a client, it is hidden from their app and costs nothing. On Studio, which opens later, Evo SI is free with your own AI API key.

No add-ons, now or ever. Other coaching apps charge extra for add-ons. We never will: every coaching feature is on every plan, everything we build next comes in too, and you never pay for our progress.

Where this sits against the rest of the category

Team features are normally where coaching platforms start charging per head, and where the sums stop working for a small studio. The comparison worth making is not the seat price but the whole bill at the roster size a practice actually runs, which is worked through for each platform on alternatives.

Questions about assistant coaches

Can I add an assistant coach on Evobody?

Yes, on the Studio plan, which opens later: $99 a month with three assistant coach seats. An assistant works the full roster, messaging, programming, running check-ins and adding clients, the same as the primary coach. The seats are included rather than priced per person.

What can an assistant coach not do?

Billing and the plan itself, the practice's own AI API key, and the team, inviting or removing an assistant, all stay with the coach who owns the practice. Everything about actually coaching, an assistant can do across the whole roster.

How much does a team cost on Evobody?

$99 a month on the Studio plan, which opens later and covers the primary coach, three assistant coach seats and unlimited clients, and adds the coach's own branding to the client app, their logo and brand colour. There is no per-seat charge on top and no per-client charge.

Can an assistant coach see my clients' data?

Yes, within that practice, because that is the job: an assistant sees the roster they are coaching. Nothing outside the practice's own account is reachable by anyone, including the AI, and no other coach on Evobody can see the client list or reach the clients.

Does each assistant need their own sign-in?

Yes. The practice owner invites each assistant by email, and they sign in with their own account, so every message, program and check-in reply is theirs and the owner can remove one without touching the others.

Can an assistant see billing or change the plan?

No. Billing, invoices, the plan and the practice's own AI API key stay with the coach who owns the practice. An assistant's job is the coaching, across the whole roster, and nothing about the money.

What happens when I remove an assistant?

They are signed out straight away and taken out of the practice. Everything they built, the programs, messages and check-in replies, stays with the practice, and the clients notice nothing.

What happens to the seats if I downgrade?

Nothing is deleted: the work your assistants did stays with the practice, and your clients keep their history. What happens if I cancel.
