Everfit pricing in 2026, and what you really pay.

Everfit is free for up to 5 clients, then its Pro plan is $19 a month for 5, $49 for 20 and $95 for 50, and Everfit Studio starts at $105 for 50. Automation, client payments and meal plans are add-ons, so with all three a coach pays from $96, $126 and $199 a month at those sizes, and two of those add-ons are priced only as "from". Every figure below is from Everfit's own pages, read on 8 October 2026.

Read from Everfit's pricing page, its help article on AI Smart Response and its MacroSnap page on 8 October 2026. US dollars, month to month unless a line says otherwise.

Every Everfit plan, and what it costs

Everfit has three published plans and a custom one. Starter is "Forever Free" and lets a coach "Train up to 5 clients", with the exercise library, the workout builder, metrics and progress photos, tasks, messaging and the client and coach apps. Pro is for "independent trainers and small teams", and Everfit Studio for "established online coaching businesses, studios, and gyms scaling digital programs and team management". Both are priced by client count, and paying for a year at once saves 16%, which Everfit also puts as two months free.

Everfit Studio starts at 50 clients and costs $10 a month more than Pro at that size. What it adds that matters on a price page is On-demand Collections, which Pro sells as an add-on, and the team tools its name promises. For a business above 500 clients there is a custom plan, priced by Everfit on request.

The add-ons, and what each one adds

On Pro and Everfit Studio, Everfit sells four add-ons on top of the plan. Two have a single starting price on the page, one is priced by use, and one is included in Everfit Studio.

Autoflow, for automationFrom $29 a month, priced by use

Group training and tasks, automated onboarding, scheduled messages and announcements, and forum leaderboards. Everfit charges "only for your actual usage, counting the number of clients that have participated in at least one active Autoflow in the past month": $29 for the first 30 such clients, then $27 for each further 30 up to 120, $25 for each 30 up to 300, $21 for each 30 up to 900 and $18 for each 30 after that.

Payments and PackagesFrom $9 a month

Recurring subscriptions, one-time packages, a program assigned when a client buys, and sales figures.

Meal Plans and Recipe BooksFrom $39 a month

Meal plans generated from a client's macros and preferences and refreshed from their check-ins, repeating weekly plans, unlimited recipes and meal plan templates.

On-demand CollectionsFrom $25 a month on Pro, included in Everfit Studio

A content hub of documents, videos, links and workouts clients can start any time.

Branding is not an add-on at Everfit: on Pro and Everfit Studio, a coach can add the coach's logo, change the workout background and, in Everfit's words, "choose a desired color scheme".

What you really pay at 5, 20 and 50 clients

Here is one coach at three sizes, on the cheapest Everfit plan that holds them. The last column adds the three add-ons this site counts in every comparison: automation, payments and meal plans, with every client using Autoflow.

At 5 clients, $19 for the plan, $29 for Autoflow, from $9 for payments and from $39 for meal plans make from $96. At 20, $49, $29, $9 and $39 make from $126; Autoflow is still $29 because 20 is inside its first 30. At 50, Autoflow for all 50 clients is $29 for the first 30 and $27 for the next block, so $56, and $95, $56, $9 and $39 make from $199. On Everfit Studio, which a coach would choose for its on-demand content or its team tools, the same 50 clients are $105 for the plan and from $209 with the three add-ons.

Everfit itself is free at 5 clients, on Starter, and at that size a coach who needs none of the add-ons pays nothing. Yearly billing takes about a sixth off the plan: Pro for 50 clients is $79 a month and Everfit Studio for 50 is $88 when paid for a year at once.

Everfit's AI, and what it costs

Everfit's AI sits mostly with the coach. AI Smart Response drafts replies in the coach's inbox, and Everfit's help article sets out what it costs: "Every coach on an eligible paid Everfit plan gets 50 free AI credits each month", and a credit is "used when you generate an AI draft in the Inbox". Beyond that a coach needs a paid seat: AI Plus at $15 a month for 250 credits, AI Pro at $50 for 1,200 and AI Elite at $100 for 3,500. In its words, "AI Smart Response is a separate subscription from your Everfit workspace plan and has its own billing cycle", and "A paid seat is assigned to a specific coach."

MacroSnap, Everfit's meal photo and barcode logging, is the part clients use. "Coaches on any paid Everfit plan can use MacroSnap at no additional cost", and a client can subscribe to it themselves: a 3-day trial, then $7.99 a month, or $29.99 a year, which Everfit gives as $2.50 a month.

Evo SI, in the client's own Evobody app, turning a meal photo into a diary entry the client confirms. SI stands for Super Intelligence, previously known as Artificial Intelligence.

The terms behind the price

Clients never pay for Everfit itself.

"No, Everfit is and will stay absolutely free for your clients."

A free plan for five clients.

Starter is "Forever Free" for up to 5 clients, with no credit card needed to start.

Change plans at any time.

"You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle."

The AI seat on its own terms.

For AI Smart Response, "Downgrades and seat removals take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, with no refund or additional charge", and unused credits "do not roll over to the next month".

The same coach on Evobody

Evobody prices the other way round: one flat price, with what Everfit sells as add-ons already inside it. It is free for your first five active clients, with no card and no time limit, then $69 a month on the Coach plan for unlimited clients. So a coach with 5 clients pays nothing, and a coach with 20 or 50 pays $69.

Unlimited clients. The same price at six clients or five hundred.

Evo SIOptional

$3 a month for each client you switch it on for. Switched off, it is hidden from the client's app and costs nothing.

No add-ons, now or ever. Other coaching apps charge extra for add-ons. We never will: meal plans, welcome flows, on-demand workouts, check-ins and everything else you coach with are in every plan, and everything we build next comes in too. You never pay for our progress.

  • Meal plans and nutrition in every plan: about 2.6 million foods, barcode scanning, meal plans and the targets the coach sets.
  • Check-ins with a built-in screen recorder for the coach's video reply, plus habits, the coach's own private community and ranks.
  • Evo SI, in each client's app. Every client gets ten free questions, and after that it is $3 a month for each client you switch it on for, paid by the coach. It is optional: switched off for a client, it is hidden from their app and costs nothing. It reads a meal photo into the client's diary, and answers the client from their own plan and numbers. It works for the coach too, trained on the coach's philosophy and methods, set up in the app. On Studio, which opens later, at $99 a month, Evo SI is free with your own AI API key.
  • Payments: Evobody tracks client payments with your own Stripe account. Charging a client's card through Evobody is not built yet, and Evobody takes no cut of what your clients pay you.
  • Branding and assistant coaches come with Studio, which opens later. Today Everfit has branding on its paid plans and Evobody does not.
