What that is actually worth

Evobody has two paid plans, Coach at $69 a month and Studio at $99 a month, which opens later. Both are flat, for unlimited clients, so the figure below does not shrink as the coach grows.

What one referred coach pays a partner, at each Evobody plan price.

Coach, $69 a month$34.50$6.90$110.40
Studio, $99 a month, opens later$49.50$9.90$158.40

Ten coaches on the $69 plan is $345 in your first month and $69 every month after, for as long as they stay. That is the part worth reading twice: the recurring share is small on one coach and is the whole thing on twenty.

What a coach leaving Trainerize gets

This is the offer that makes the conversation easy, because the thing stopping a coach moving is almost never the price. It is the afternoon they think they will lose rebuilding everything.

  • Their clients moved across for them, free. Not a guide to doing it themselves. A person does it. There is no cap on how many coaches this applies to.
  • Five clients free, with no card and no countdown. They can run a real roster before paying anything, so nothing has to be decided on day one.
  • A flat price after that. $69 a month for unlimited clients, with nutrition and repeating programs inside the price rather than sold as add-ons.
  • Evobody takes no cut of what their clients pay them.

No add-ons, now or ever. Other coaching apps charge extra for add-ons. We never will: every coaching feature is on every plan, everything we build next comes in too, and you never pay for our progress.

The full comparison, with every add-on priced, is on Evobody vs Trainerize. How the move itself works is on switching.

There is no partner dashboard yet, and this page is not going to pretend otherwise. What happens today is that you send four things and a person replies with your link and your code. Clicks, sign-ups and earnings will get a screen of their own once the tracking behind them is built, and you will be told when it exists.

Send: your name, your email, where your audience is and roughly how big it is, and how you would promote Evobody.

Email [email protected], or write to that address yourself with the same four things.

The kit

Everything below is ready to use as it is. Partners who have to make their own material do not post, so nothing here asks you to write anything.

Evobody is one word. White on a dark ground, black on a light one, and please do not recolour it or set it at an angle. The client data in every screenshot is demo data, not a real person's.

LinkedIn

The long one. Works as a post, or as the body of a message to a coach you already know.

Most online coaches pay for their software twice.

Once for the platform. Then again for the nutrition add-on, the payments add-on, the automation add-on, and a fee for the app with their name on it.

Evobody is $69 a month, flat, for unlimited clients. Nutrition and a food database of about 2.6 million foods, client payments, repeating programs and the whole client app are inside that number. The only thing priced separately is the AI coach, at $3 per client a month, charged only for the clients it is switched on for. It is optional: switched off for a client, it is hidden from their app and costs nothing. On the Studio plan, which opens later, Evo SI is free with your own AI API key.

Client payments run through your own Stripe account. Evobody takes no commission on any of it, so what a client pays you is what reaches you.

Your first five clients are free. No card, no trial clock, so you can run a real roster before you decide anything.

And if you are moving from Trainerize, TrueCoach or Everfit, they will migrate your clients for you, at no cost.

SUBJECT: The software bill that grows faster than your roster

Something worth looking at if you coach online.

Most coaching platforms price by how many clients you have. You add a client, the bill goes up. Then the things you assumed were part of the product turn out to be add-ons: nutrition, taking payments, automation, and an app with your own name on it.

Evobody prices the other way. $69 a month, flat, however many clients you have. What is inside that: programming, repeating weekly patterns that roll forward on their own, a food log with about 2.6 million foods that clients can search, scan a barcode for, or photograph, custom check-in forms, progress photos, a community feed, offline logging that keeps working when a client has no signal, and outdoor cardio tracked by GPS.

Wearables are included too: WHOOP, Oura, Polar, Withings, and Apple Health, which covers Apple Watch.

Client payments go through your own Stripe account, and Evobody takes no commission on them.

The one thing priced on its own is Evo SI, the AI coach your clients can ask questions between sessions. It is $3 per client a month, charged only for the clients it is switched on for. It is optional: switched off for a client, it is hidden from their app and costs nothing. On the Studio plan, once it opens, Evo SI is free with your own AI API key. It answers out of the program you already wrote, and it never changes that program. Programming stays your job.

The first five clients are free. There is no card and no countdown, so you can put a real roster on it before paying anything. Past that it is $69 a month for unlimited clients, or $99 on Studio, which opens later, if you want assistant coach seats for your team.

If you are on Trainerize, TrueCoach or Everfit now, they will move your clients across for you at no cost, so switching is not a weekend of copying spreadsheets.

X or Threads, on the price

Coaching platforms charge you more every time you add a client.

Evobody is $69 a month, flat, unlimited clients. Nutrition, payments and automation are in the price, not bolted on after.

X or Threads, on the AI

For an audience that is sceptical of an AI writing programs, which is most coaches.

An AI that writes your clients' programs for you is not a feature. It is your job, done worse.

Evo SI does the opposite. It answers your client's questions between sessions out of the program you wrote, and it cannot change that program.

$3 per client a month, only for the clients it is on for. It is optional: switched off for a client, it is hidden from their app and costs nothing. On Studio, once it opens, it is free with your own AI API key.

The rules, and there are only three

  • No referring yourself, and no signing up your own second account.
  • No bidding on the Evobody name in paid ads.
  • Say it is a paid link. Every text above already ends with that line. The ASA in the UK and the FTC in the US both require it, and a post without it is your risk rather than ours.

Want to see what you would be sending people to first? The whole product is on features, and every price is on pricing.
