And for you, the coach
Evo SI is for you too, not only your clients. It is trained on your philosophy and methods, set up in the app.
What Evo SI never does
- It never changes the plan. The training program, the macro targets and the coaching phase are the coach's. Evo SI can read them and explain them, and a request to change them goes to the coach.
- It never diagnoses and never gives medical advice.
- It never calls a food good or bad. It answers with the numbers instead: what a food costs and what the client has left today.
- It never guesses an age. If a question needs one, such as a heart rate zone, it asks for a date of birth, and saves it only if the client says yes.
Every answer carries the same line: AI can get things wrong, it is not medical advice, and the client should check with their coach.
How the coach stays in charge
Evo SI flags the coach when it matters. When a client raises pain, an injury, anything medical, signs of disordered eating, a request to change the plan, billing, or distress, Evo SI tells them it has passed it on, and the coach sees it on their dashboard with a note.
- A client can report any reply that is wrong or should not have been said, and the report reaches the coach.
- The coach decides who has it. After each client's ten free questions, Evo SI goes on for the clients the coach switches it on for.
- The client decides too. Before Evo SI is used, the client is asked whether their information may be sent to the AI, and they can turn Evo SI off in their settings.
What it can and cannot reach
Evo SI cannot reach another coach's clients, or another client's data. Which account it reads is fixed by the server before the model runs, and the model has no way to name or change it. Every reply is also checked after it is written and withheld if it names another client, and Evo SI is told the client's allergy and diet rules with every question.
Price and access
| Plan | The plan | Evo SI on it |
|---|---|---|
| Free | $0, five active clients | Ten free questions for every client, a photo scan counting as one, and that is all. |
| Coach | $69 a month, unlimited clients | Ten free questions, then $3 a month for each client the coach switches it on for. |
| Studio | $99 a month, opens later | The same, or Evo SI is free with your own AI API key. |
Evo SI is billed to the coach and charged only for the clients it is switched on for, never for a whole roster, and never to the client. It is optional: switched off for a client, it is hidden from their app and costs nothing. Full pricing is on pricing.
No add-ons, now or ever. Other coaching apps charge extra for add-ons. We never will: every coaching feature is on every plan, everything we build next comes in too, and you never pay for our progress.
How Evo SI compares
Evo SI is in your client's own app, and with you too. Here is where the AI sits on four platforms we compare, each from the company's own page:
- Everfit: an AI workout builder for the coach.
- Trainerize: FitMetrics, an add-on that drafts check-in replies for the coach, from $6 a client a month.
- PT Distinction: an AI program builder for the coach.
- My PT Hub: a Check-Ins AI add-on for the coach.
The questions that decide whether a client sticks are not asked at your desk. They are asked at eight in the evening, in a restaurant, by somebody deciding whether tonight is worth giving up on. That is where Evo SI is. How every platform compares, feature by feature, is on alternatives.
Questions about Evo SI
What is Evo SI?
Evo SI is an AI coach that lives in the client's own Evobody app, and it is for the coach too. It answers a client's questions between sessions from that client's real program, targets, phase and numbers, at any hour. It can read a photo, so a client can point it at a meal, a fridge, a shelf or a restaurant menu.
Can Evo SI change a client's program?
No, and that is deliberate. The program, the macro targets and the coaching phase are the coach's. Evo SI reads them and explains them, and asked to change them, it tells the client that decision stays with their coach and passes the request on.
How much does Evo SI cost?
Every client gets ten free questions, a photo scan counting as one. After that it is $3 a month for each client the coach switches it on for, on Coach or Studio, charged only for those clients. It is optional: switched off for a client, it is hidden from their app and costs nothing. On Studio, which opens later, Evo SI is free with your own AI API key.
Can I read my clients' Evo SI conversations?
Not today: nothing on the coach's side shows them. What reaches you is a flag on your dashboard with a note, whenever a client raises pain, an injury, anything medical, signs of disordered eating, a request to change the plan, billing, or distress, and any reply a client reports.
Can Evo SI see another coach's clients?
No. Which account it reads is fixed by the server before the model runs, and the model cannot change it. Every reply is also checked after it is written and withheld if it names another client.
Does Evo SI give medical advice?
No. It never diagnoses and never gives medical advice. Anything medical, or any pain or injury, is passed to the client's coach.
Does logging a meal from a photo use a question?
Yes. A photo scan of a meal counts as one of a client's ten free questions, the same as a question typed in the chat.
What languages does Evo SI speak?
English and German. A client who writes in German gets their answers in German.
