How the isolation actually works
Nothing outside a coach's own account is reachable, including by Evo SI itself: no tool it can call accepts a person as an input, so which account is read is fixed by the server before anything runs, not requested. A coach starts with a shared exercise and meal library, but the moment they edit something or build their own, that version is theirs alone.
That design detail is the important one and it is worth spelling out. A system where the AI asks for a client by name is a system where the wrong name can be asked for. A system where the server decides before the model starts has nothing to ask. Every reply is then checked a second time on the way out, against the names of the coach's other clients, and held back if it names one.
The community does not change this
Your clients' community holds your own clients and nobody else's.
No other coach can see your client list, reach your clients, or learn how you work. Your clients see each other's finished workouts, runs and earned milestones. They do not see each other's programs, targets, numbers or coaches. Your roster is not a directory anybody else can read.
And every post starts from an achievement, because there is no compose button anywhere in the client app. Nobody can post an opinion about somebody else's program, because there is nowhere to type one.
What the terms say
Evobody's coach terms set it out plainly. A coach and Evobody are joint controllers of the clients' data. Evobody uses it only to run and secure Evobody: it does not sell it, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models. Cancelling does not delete a coach's data, and each client keeps their own account and history.
Where the data is kept
- The app and its database run in Germany, in the EU, on Hetzner's servers. Photos, videos and documents are stored with Cloudflare, encrypted at rest.
- Every connection is encrypted in transit.
- Sign-in sessions are stored hashed, and the tokens that connect a client's wearables are encrypted.
What Evo SI can read
Only the signed-in client's own plan, targets, food and numbers. Which account it reads is fixed by the server before the model runs, and its tools cannot be pointed at anyone else. The AI terms say the AI provider does not train on what clients send it.
Cancelling does not cost you anything
A lapsed subscription narrows what Evobody does for you. It never takes away what you already did. Clients past the fifth are switched off rather than deleted, with everything intact, and resubscribing brings them all back. There is no deadline to rescue your own work by. See what happens if I cancel.
Questions about client data
Who owns my client data on Evobody?
Your clients are yours, not Evobody's. Only you, and any assistant coaches on your team, can see their programs, messages and history. Under the coach terms Evobody uses their data only to run and secure the app, and never sells it, uses it for advertising or uses it to train AI models.
Can another coach on Evobody see my clients?
No. Nothing outside a coach's own account is reachable, and that includes through the AI: no tool Evo SI can call accepts a person as an input, so which account is read is fixed by the server before anything runs rather than being requested. Every reply is also checked against the names and emails of the coach's other clients, and held back if it names one.
Can other coaches reach my clients through the community?
No. A coach's community holds only their own clients, so no other coach can see their client list, contact their clients or learn how that coach works. Clients see each other's finished workouts and earned milestones, not each other's coaches or programs.
Where is my clients' data kept?
The database runs on Hetzner's servers in Germany, and photos, videos and documents are stored with Cloudflare, encrypted at rest. Every connection is encrypted in transit, and the tokens that connect a client's wearables are encrypted.
Is my clients' data used to train AI?
No. The coach terms say Evobody does not use clients' data to train AI models, and the AI terms say the AI provider does not train on what clients send it either.
What happens to my client data if I cancel?
Nothing is deleted. Cancelling drops the account to the free plan rather than closing it, and clients past the fifth are switched off rather than removed, with their programs, logs, check-ins, photos and messages intact. Subscribing again brings them back as they were.
