Evobody vs Everfit.

I ran my own coaching business on Everfit before Evobody existed. This is what I changed, and why Evobody is the future of online fitness coaching software.

Everfit's plans and features checked against their own site and help centre, 23 September 2026.

Side by side.

Everfit's side is taken from their own pricing page, read 8 October 2026, and from their site and help centre, checked 23 September 2026.

The thing that made me start building

"My clients could never work out how to move a session. If somebody missed a workout, I got a message asking me how to fix it. If somebody wanted to do tomorrow's session today, another message. Every week, from people who had been using it for months. They were not being lazy about it. The app made a simple thing hard, and every time it did, the answer was me."

Petar Krastev, who coached on Everfit before building Evobody

In Evobody, the coach sets each client's recommended schedule and the client never touches it. They open the app and the week's workouts are one tap away. There is no calendar to learn, nothing to work out, and nothing to message their coach about.

The week repeats every week. When it needs to change, you plan the change, for a while or with no end date.

  1. Build it onceEvery kind of session, saved to your library.
  2. Set the weekIt repeats every week, with nothing for the client to move.
  3. Plan a changeFrom a date you pick, for a while or with no end.
  4. Give it to any clientOne program, for as many clients as you like.

What your clients get

A restaurant menu, read against this client's allergies and what is left of their day.
A coach's private community: clients share finished workouts with each other, with kudos and comments.
GPS run tracking: a finished outdoor run with its route, splits and personal bests. Recording runs in the iPhone app, in beta.

Evo SI, in every client's app

SI stands for Super Intelligence, previously known as Artificial Intelligence.

  • Photograph the menu at the restaurant they are sitting in and ask what they can eat.
  • Photograph the inside of the fridge and see what is in there they can have.
  • Ask how training went this month and hear which lifts went up.
  • Log a meal by describing it, then correct it by saying "that was a bun, not a roll."
  • Type in their weight, blood pressure or blood sugar and it goes straight into their record.

It reads their plan, their targets, their phase and their numbers. It is told that client's own allergy and diet rules with every question. It proposes, the client confirms, and it never overrules their coach. That is by design: Evo SI is an assistant to your client, not a replacement for you.

It works for you too, trained on your philosophy and methods, set up in the app. And it is optional: switched off for a client, it is hidden from their app.

Everfit's AI builds workouts, and to get a session out of it you type EMOM, AMRAP, Freestyle and numbered supersets in the right places, or it builds something you did not ask for, as set out in their own help centre. That is how people talked to AI in 2023.

A private client community on every plan

Motivation is what keeps a client paying you, and it is the one thing a coach cannot manufacture alone. On Evobody every client has a community with your other clients, on every plan, just your clients and nobody else. Everfit's forums start at its Pro tier.

Your business stays entirely yours. No other coach can see your client list, reach your clients, or learn anything about how you work. None of your information, or your clients', is shared or accessible to anyone else.

And every post starts from an achievement: a finished workout, a finished run, a logged activity, a goal hit or a milestone earned, with the client's own caption on it. There is no compose button anywhere in the client app. So the feed is a stream of people doing the work, never supplement arguments, never a stranger telling your client their program is wrong, because there is nowhere to type that in. Clients see each other showing up, and they show up.

Ranks, milestones and Pace Setters

Everything a client does earns them something. They climb five ranks, Start through to Whole, each with its own badge. They pick up milestones along the way, for streaks running from a week to a full year, and for sessions completed from ten up to five hundred. And every week the app pulls out the clients who showed up for what they were given and puts them on the Pace Setters board, with you free to add anyone else you think deserves it.

All of it lands in the community on its own. Nobody has to remember to congratulate anybody, and no client has to announce their own win.

Everfit has leaderboards and challenges, from Pro tier up. A leaderboard has one winner and everybody else, which is a problem when the clients who most need the motivation are the ones sitting at the bottom of it. Ranks and milestones work the other way around: every client is climbing their own ladder, and the thing that moves them up it is simply showing up.

Progress photos your clients will actually take

Most clients quietly hate progress photos. They put off asking a partner to hold the phone, they skip a month, and then you have nothing to show them when they need to see it most. Evobody makes it a job for one person. The client picks their angles and presses Start for each one. A voice names the pose, the app counts them in from six and takes the photo by itself, tagged front, side or back, so nobody else needs to be in the room.

Check-ins, with your own screen recorder

Check-ins are a real thing in Evobody, not a form you assemble yourself. Each client's weeks are listed on their page, answered or skipped, and you are told when a check-in comes in or is skipped, with the client's reason. You reply by writing, or by recording a video over the client's own dashboard with your camera in the corner, talking them through their numbers. That recorder is built into Evobody, so the Loom or ScreenPal subscription most coaches pay for to do this is one more thing you stop paying for. The video reaches the client in the app or as a WhatsApp link.

Everfit gives you a form builder. You build the check-in out of questions yourself, assign it, then read the answers back in a responses tab.

Outdoor training, tracked live

A run or a ride is tracked live inside Evobody on a GPS map, with pace and distance as it happens, in the iPhone app (in beta). Everfit shows you the route after a watch has synced it across.

Habits for every client

Habit tracking is there for every client on every Evobody plan. On Everfit it starts at their Pro tier.

Support for your clients, day or night

When a client has a question about the app, they ask from inside it, any hour, and Evobody answers. You are not the help desk for software you did not build, and anything about their training or food still comes to you. Of the seven platforms we compare, Evobody is the only one that publishes 24/7 support for your clients. See all seven.

EvobodyYes, from inside the app, on every plan
EverfitNo hours published for clients. Their help centre gives none. Their "24/7 Support Team" is on the Enterprise plan only.

How Everfit grows, and how Evobody does

Everfit's answer to a new need is a new line on the invoice. Automation is an add-on from $29 a month. Client payments are an add-on from $9. Meal plans and recipe books are an add-on from $39. Their booking feature and calendar sync, added in September 2026, landed in Pro tier and above. The plan underneath is priced per client, so it climbs as your roster does, and the add-ons climb on top of it.

Evobody's answer to a new need is a new version. Repeating programs, a 2.6 million food database, the community, habits, check-ins, the screen recorder and GPS are all in. Coaches ask, it gets built, it ships to everyone, and the price does not move.

No add-ons, now or ever. Other coaching apps charge extra for add-ons, Everfit among them. We never will. Everything we build next comes in too, so you never pay for our progress.

What Everfit costs once it does what Evobody already does

Here is one coach at three sizes, on the cheapest Everfit plan that holds them, from Everfit's pricing page, read 8 October 2026. Everfit sells its add-ons on Pro and Everfit Studio, so the last column is Pro at each size, with automation, payments and meal plans added.

ClientsEvobodyEverfit, plan aloneEverfit, with the three add-ons
5FreeFree, on StarterFrom $96
20$69$49From $126
50$69$95From $199

At fifty clients, it adds up like this.

Everfit, 50 clients, month to month, read 8 October 2026 (their pricing)Monthly
Everfit's Pro plan, 50 clients$95
Autoflow, for automation, all 50 clients$56
Payments and PackagesFrom $9
Meal Plans and Recipe BooksFrom $39
TotalFrom $199

Evobody, the same fifty clients, is $69 a month on the Coach plan, with automation and meal plans included. Studio, which opens later, is $99 a month and adds your own branding to the app your clients open. Everfit's plans are priced per client, so past fifty their number keeps climbing and Evobody's does not. Both free plans are the same shape: five clients, no time limit, no card.

Evo SI is not in these numbers, because it is optional: $3 a month for each client you switch it on for, after every client's first ten free questions. Switched off for a client, it is hidden from their app and costs nothing. On Studio, which opens later, Evo SI is free with your own AI API key.

What coaches say about Everfit's bill

"I do wish I didnt have to pay more money for every 10+ clients though, feels like 20+ would be more suited."

"Sorry but charging an extra 50 dollars for automation is ridiculous"

"What annoys me the most is the numerous add-ons that you have to pay for, which significantly increase the overall cost."

Moving to Evobody from Everfit

You get dedicated support for the move. Your client list comes across in one go, and Evobody's team helps you bring over your programs, plans and documents, so nothing is left behind. Export from Everfit and we help you from there. The full detail is in the switching guide.

Evobody is the future of online fitness coaching software. Everfit is what came before it.

Questions coaches ask

How much does Everfit cost with all the features switched on?

At 50 clients Everfit's Pro plan is $95 a month. Automation (Autoflow) is a separate add-on priced by use, $56 a month once all 50 clients use it, client payments from $9, and meal plans and recipe books from $39, so $95, $56, $9 and $39 make from $199 a month on month-to-month billing, per Everfit's pricing page, 8 October 2026. Evobody is $69 a month for the same 50 clients with automation, meal plans and a 2.6 million food database included. Checked against Everfit's own pricing page on 23 September 2026.

What is the best Everfit alternative for coaches?

Evobody. It is free for your first five active clients, the same shape as Everfit's free plan, then a flat $69 a month for unlimited clients on the Coach plan or $99 on Studio, which opens later, with your own branding. Automation, meal plans, habit tracking and the community are included rather than sold as add-ons, and the price does not climb as a roster grows.

Is habit tracking included in Everfit's free plan?

No. Everfit's habit tracking starts at their Pro tier and is not part of the free five client plan. On Evobody habit tracking is included for every client on every plan, including the free one.

Does Everfit's AI understand plain language?

Not reliably. Everfit's AI Workout Builder needs specific signal words typed in the right places, such as Freestyle, Interval, EMOM, AMRAP and numbered supersets, or it builds a different session from the one that was asked for. This is documented in Everfit's own help centre. Evobody's Evo SI takes ordinary conversational language from the client, including corrections such as saying that was a bun, not a roll.

Does Everfit have a community for clients?

Everfit has Forums, Leaderboards and Challenges, but only from their Pro tier upward. On Evobody every client has a community with their coach's other clients, on every plan, where every client post starts from an achievement.
